This function restructures subtitles by applying the following two rules:

1. Remove line breaks within the subtitles.

2. If a subtitle does not end with one of the following symbols: ?, !, ., ♪, 。, ), ", ],@, }, it is merged with the next subtitle.

Therefore, this feature can only be used with subtitles that have proper punctuation.

The subtitles will be reconstructed into complete sentences to improve readability and make them easier to understand.

In addition, when using the translation feature of this app, if a single sentence is split into multiple subtitles instead of being contained in one subtitle, the translation quality may not be optimal.

In such cases, using this feature before translating can yield better results.

For example, given the following subtitles:

(Subtitle 1)

This is

line 1.

(Subtitle 2)

This is line 2!

(Subtitle 3)

This is

(Subtitle 4)

line 3.

They will be midified as follows:

(Subtitle 1)

This is line 1.

(Subtitle 2)

This is line 2!

(Subtitle 3)

This is line 3.

First, test it with the subtitles of a TED video in <Online - Sample Video - Part 2>.
